We recommend scheduling your ride at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can collect all the important details about your trip and prepare the right vehicle and driver to meet your specific needs.

Yes! At RideWell, we do our very best to accommodate same-day transportation requests. If you need a ride today, please call our office to speak directly with a representative about current availability.

Absolutely! Communication is one of our top priorities. Our team will send you an automated confirmation message ahead of your trip to verify your schedule.

On the day of your ride, you’ll also receive real-time text updates with your driver’s estimated time of arrival (ETA) and notifications when they are nearby so you’ll always know when to be ready.

At this time, RideWell is not accepting insurance. However, if you are booking through a contracted facility, please contact our office to discuss special rates that can fit within your budget.

All of our prices are inclusive, covering transportation, the driver, equipment, and the trip itself. Any potential changes to costs that might occur due to changing passenger conditions will always be discussed with you before the trip and with your full knowledge and approval.

We accept credit card payments in advance of your scheduled trip. If you need to use an alternate payment method, please contact one of our representatives before your trip to make arrangements.

RideWell operates 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends and most holidays. (Hours may vary slightly depending on driver availability and demand.)
